Our support packages are flexible, customizable and cost-effective. Whether a customer is a large hospital or a single physician working independently, we offer the same level of personal attention and promptness. |

| Enterprises |
| |
H-DOX creates customized onsite/offsite support package for each of its enterprise users. Members of these enterprises can call for phone and web support 24 hours a day, and H-DOX support personnel will be dispatched to your facility if necessary. Additionally, all H-DOX users have access to the free user forums. Enterprises can purchase H-DOX integration and support services from H-DOX or from H-DOX certified integration partners.

| Small and Single-Physician Practices |

| Small practices, including independent physicians, have access to the free H-DOX support forums. H-DOX developers and management contribute to these forums, and H-DOX users actively provide each other with advice and assistance in these moderated discussions. |

| Small Practice Personalized Support Package |
| |
| For an annual fee of $600 per physician, small practices and single physicians can purchase unlimited email support and three (3) support phone calls. A 24 hour response time is guaranteed for all email support. Additional phone support can be purchased at a rate of $50 for 30 minutes. |

| Training |
| |
| All H-DOX users have access to free online training tutorials and receive detailed explanations of future product updates and modifications via email. Additional web training sessions are available to users who want personal, individualized attention at the customary fee of $150 per hour. During these WebEx sessions, H-DOX certified trainers can answer user-specific questions, provide demonstrations, and give suggestions on how to use H-DOX efficiently and get the most out of the products. |
